Exercise is very safe for nearly everybody. It will not cause any serious medical problem in the majority of healthy people, especially the kind of exercise recommended by the Heart Institute Prevention and Rehabilitation (HIPRC). This kit will help you ensure your exercise program is as safe as possible. Most exercise injuries can be prevented. But, if problems occur, you need to know what to do. In this kit you will:
