Fortunately, high blood pressure is easily detected and treated. Since the early 1970s, death rates from heart disease and stroke have declined. This decline is due in part to better control of high blood pressure. Still, over 5 million people have high blood pressure. Many are not getting the treatment they need.

If you have high blood pressure, you are not alone. This kit can help you learn how to control it. If your blood pressure is currently in the normal range, the information in this kit will help you prevent it from getting higher. In this kit you will:
