About This Kit
What happens after a slip is more important than the slip itself. You can learn from the experience and be better prepared to handle other high-risk situations in the future. Viewing slips as learning opportunities can help build self-confidence. The key is to try again, using what you have learned in new ways. Each time you slip, use this kit to help make it a slip “up,” not a slip “down!” In this kit you will:
Step 1. Evaluate a slip
Step 2. Re-examine your attitudes, beliefs, and skills
